Supporting the Girl Child (Adopt a School)
Consistently educating generations is essential to building a greener and more sustainable planet. Evolve Charity Trust creates long-term impact in education through a focused and holistic approach that strengthens both access to learning and the quality of education. By doing so, Evolve empowers children to grow into confident, capable, and active members of society.
Our work is built on three core pillars:
- School Supplies
Providing essential items such as uniforms, sandals, bags, notebooks, and pens to remove barriers to education, especially for girls. - Teacher Education (Inspire)
Equipping teachers with the skills, mindset, and tools to deliver engaging, inclusive, and impactful learning experiences. - Brighter Minds Training
Delivering cognitive development programs that enhance thinking skills, focus, emotional balance, and learning ability.Together, these pillars form a sustainable education model that delivers lasting transformation for students, teachers, and communities.
At present, Evolve Charity Trust supports 49 schools across 11 states in Nigeria, impacting over 24,000 girls over six years by providing essential school supplies such as uniforms, sandals, bags, notebooks, and pens. These efforts reduce barriers to education, foster resilience, and build capacity for climate action.
Inspire Teacher Training
Inspire | Integrate | Include – Teacher Training Program
Teacher training at Evolve is not a one-time intervention. It is a structured, three-module journey designed to create sustained impact in schools. The program consists of three distinct modules, each with a specific purpose and
outcome:
Inspire: Inspire is a 3-day experiential workshop for teachers focused on value-based education, discovery-based training, essential life skills, and Heartfulness heart-centered learning. This module equips teachers to create joyful, activity- based classroom environments and lays the foundation for long-term engagement.
Integrate: Integrate supports teachers in embedding the Inspire learnings into everyday classroom practices. It helps translate concepts into regular teaching methods, ensuring consistency, relevance, and meaningful application within the school curriculum.
Include: Include focuses on building internal leadership within schools. One champion teacher from each school is selected and trained to lead weekly group sessions, mentor peers, and sustain the program independently over time.
This three-tiered structure—Inspire, Integrate, and Include—is a key global differentiator for Evolve, ensuring depth, continuity, and long-lasting impact rather than one-off training sessions.
Brighter Minds
Based on the science of Neuroplasticity, Brighter Minds (BM), a Heartfulness initiative, is a training methodology designed to catalyze cognitive growth for children between the ages of 5 and 15 for a lifetime of learning. Using our proprietary interactive tools and techniques, each of our training programs aims at whole brain activation where the right brain is stimulated through exercise, sound waves and relaxation to achieve left-right equilibrium. The result is an intellectually, socially and emotionally brighter mind. This program improves our cognitive development through neuroplasticity using the following programs:
- Alpha (ages 5–15)
- Alpha Plus (16–20)
- Restart (35+)
Presently, we have trained 683 students already in Lagos State & Port Harcourt, Rivers State in Nigeria.

FAMILY PLANNING
Securing women’s right to voluntary, high-quality family planning around the world would have powerful positive impacts on the health, welfare, and life expectancy of both women and their children. It also can affect greenhouse gas emissions.
225 million women* in lower-income countries say they want the ability to choose whether and when to become pregnant but lack the necessary access to contraception. The need persists in some high-income countries as well, including the United States where 45 percent of pregnancies are unintended. Currently, the world faces a $5.3 billion funding shortfall for providing the access to reproductive healthcare that women say they want to have.
Carbon footprints are a common topic. Addressing population— how many feet are leaving their tracks-remains controversial despite widespread agreement that greater numbers place more strain on the planet.
